Inversion Yoga

Inverted Yoga help to increase blood circulation of the lymph System. 



Lymph (from Latin, lympha meaning "water") is the fluid that flows through the lymphatic system, a system composed of lymph vessels (channels) and intervening lymph nodes whose function, like the venous system, is to return fluid from the tissues to the central circulation.




Inverted yoga helps to drains the germs from your body. When your head is below your heart which is called Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) or Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand, the lymph moves into the respiratory organs, where germs often enter the body. When you come back to an upright position, gravity drains the lymph and sends it through your lymph nodes for cleansing.
